Job Description

As an Academic Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs to students and educators. You will design engaging training materials, demonstrate effective teaching methods, and ensure participants gain practical knowledge and confidence in their subject areas. Your role will involve assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and continuously updating training content to align with the latest educational trends.

AI usage is a must for this role, and candidates with strong AI-related skills will be preferred on a priority basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include using AI tools to create personalized learning plans, generate interactive training content, and analyze learner performance data. AI-powered assessment systems will be leveraged to track progress, identify knowledge gaps, and adapt training methods for better outcomes.

Responsibilities
1. Provide support to schools and educators regarding the implementation and use of the company s curriculum. 2. Responsible to apply knowledge in the development of Curriculum, content and also in proofreading the necessary data. 3. Providing operational support to the Business development executives and Academic team of the organization. 4. Coordinating with the School teachers to ensure the status of the ongoing curriculum is as per the Teachers Manual. 5.Contribute to the maintenance of the up-to-date data specific to the academic services in order to provide assistance to all schools. 6. Interacting and maintaining effective working relationships with the school teachers by visiting and auditing their schools. 7. Address inquiries and concerns, and work towards effective issue resolution. 8. Collaborate with Business development teams to effectively communicate the unique selling points of the curriculum. 9. Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers and academic coordinators to ensure proper curriculum delivery and understanding. 10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum implementation and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements
1. Knowledge in current education policies, curriculum development.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Familiarity with educational standards and regulations. 4. Should be able to use Technology related Apps & software. 5. Flexibility and adaptability to get updated as per the current educational trends, and policies.
