Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as an Academic Trainer. The Academic Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training workshops for educators, ensuring curriculum alignment with national standards. Responsibilities include creating training materials, providing support to teachers, facilitating professional development sessions, and fostering an understanding of effective teaching methodologies for pre-primary education.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with educators and stakeholders.
• Expertise in Curriculum Development and education frameworks such as NEP, NCP, and ECCE.
• Experience in Teaching and Training, with a focus on creating impactful learning experiences for early childhood educators.
• Passion for education and ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
• Familiarity with pre-primary education standards and approaches.
