Job Summary


We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Relationship Executive to manage communication with our overseas clients. This role focuses on understanding client requirements, providing accurate information, and coordinating effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.


This position does not involve lead generation, sales, or target-based selling. The role is primarily centered on relationship management, communication, and client support through email and chat.


Key Responsibilities


  • Client Communication & Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients via email and chat.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
  • Provide timely updates on ongoing projects and services.
  • Maintain long-term, positive relationships with existing clients through consistent and reliable communication.


Internal Coordination


  • Relay client needs accurately to relevant departments to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and concerns effectively.
  • Representation & Brand Building
  • Represent the company professionally in a global marketplace.
  • Maintain high standards of written communication to enhance the company’s international reputation.
  • Ensure all client interactions reflect the company’s values, professionalism, and service quality.
  • Accuracy, Integrity & Compliance
  • Follow established communication guidelines and company processes.
  • Provide clear, accurate information without making unverified or false commitments.
  • Maintain transparency, honesty, and integrity in all client communications.
