Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled Female Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships with female customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with female customers to ensure loyalty and retention. 2. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person. 3. Provide timely updates on vehicle delivery, servicing, and maintenance. 4. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Service, and Workshop) to resolve customer issues. 5. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions. 6. Identify sales opportunities and refer customers to Sales team. 7. Organize customer events, workshops, and loyalty programs. 8. Maintain accurate customer records and database. 9. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets. 10. Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership goals. Requirements: 1. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales. 2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. 4. Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills. 5. Basic knowledge of automotive industry (desirable). 6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. 7.PUC/ Graduate degree (any discipline). Desirable Skills: 1. Fluency in Kannada and English. 2. Experience in automotive sales/service OR Any industry. 3.
