Job Opportunity for Customer Relationship Executive in Mumbai !!

Looking out for immediate candidates only!!!

Walk-in drive- 1st & 3rd October

Office Location : 6th Floor, B Tower, Embassy 247, 602, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Gandhi Nagar, Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400083

Time- 11 AM - 4 PM

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle client calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with buyers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Deliver excellent customer support and service coordination.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, and process changes.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi alongwith Regional Languages (Marathi & Tamil)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service/BPO is an added advantage.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp product/service knowledge.
