Job Summary:

Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company for order inquiries, product information, and service-related concerns.
  • Manage end-to-end order processing: order entry, confirmations, delivery follow-up, and after-sales support.
  • Provide technical and product-related support to clients (training provided if required).
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues by identifying problems and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain updated customer records and document interactions using CRM software.
  • Support sales teams with customer data, follow-ups, and campaign execution.
  • Assist with product launches, dental exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and dental industry trends.
