The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving company growth through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industries. Generate leads through networking, cold calling and other outreach methods. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and contracts to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue. Maintain detailed knowledge of the companys products and services. Keep track of market trends and competitor activity. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented mind-set with a passion for sales and growth.
