Quality Assurance Manager

Role & responsibilities

As the QA Manager, you will lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products and services. You will be responsible for shaping the QA strategy, driving best practices, and ensuring that our applications and systems meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and scalability. This role requires a seasoned professional with hands-on expertise in manual, performance, and automation testing, coupled with strong managerial and leadership skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of experience in software testing with exposure to manual, performance, and automation testing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA Manager role, leading and managing QA teams.

• Technical Skills

  :
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Appium, LoadRunner, etc.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or similar for automation scripting.
• Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
