We have an exciting opportunity in our Auction team with Mahindra First Choice Wheel !!!!!

KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

• To lead and grow the Non-Repo Auctions business in the assigned region by driving revenue, improving operational efficiency, and expanding the client base across sectors like insurance, OEMs, leasing, and corporates. The role involves building strong customer relationships, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

MAJOR DELIVERABLES:

• Oversee and lead the daily operations of the Non-Repo Auctions division, ensuring efficient processes, high team performance, and optimal customer satisfaction
• Acquire new clients from sectors like insurance, OEMs, UCDs, corporates, and vehicle leasing companies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; handle high-level client escalations (Level 3).
• Ensure accurate data handling and reporting using Excel for business insights.
• Conduct regular meetings with major partners to increase vehicle listings.
• Ensure timely operational reviews and revenue collection.
• Keep CRM updated with approvals, revenue, and fulfillment status.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
• Meet performance targets through structured action plans.

Educational Qualification

Graduation and Above

Technical Competencies

• Knowledge of used car and auction business
