Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive / Telecaller to join our Cochin Head Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telecalling & Lead Generation:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversion.
  • Customer Support & Guidance:
  • Provide accurate and timely information about various study abroad and immigration programs.
  • Address client queries courteously and professionally via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Guide clients through the initial stages of the application process.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Schedule appointments for counselors and ensure smooth handover of leads.
  • Administrative & Reporting:
  • Maintain call logs, lead status, and customer records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead activity and follow-up status.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or front desk operations (preferably in education or immigration sectors).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages a plus).
  • Pleasant telephone etiquette and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
