Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist located in Navi Mumbai. The Customer Relations Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as resolving customer inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring customer retention. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support and service through effective communication and addressing customer needs promptly and accurately.
