Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support (Voice Process) team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and empathetically. • Respond to customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly. • Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies. • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to the concerned department. • Maintain call logs, records, and customer interaction history in the CRM system. • Achieve performance metrics including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline. • 0–2 years of experience in a customer support voice process (freshers can apply). . • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (preferred: Kannada). • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and positive during customer interactions. • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
