Share Broking

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle day-to-day queries related to trading, demat accounts, and market transactions
Assist clients with opening new accounts (trading & demat) and ensure proper KYC documentation
Provide timely market updates, investment ideas, and service-related support to clients
Educate clients about various trading platforms and stock broking tools
Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure quick resolution
Maintain and update client records, follow up on pending documentation, and support compliance efforts
Promote the company’s financial products and services to potential and existing clients
Coordinate with the back office and technical teams for smooth transaction processing
Ensure adherence to SEBI guidelines and internal compliance policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Gujarati, Hindi, and English preferred)
Basic knowledge of stock markets, financial instruments, and trading platforms
Customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
NISM Certification (Series VII or others) is an added advantage
