Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Kozhikode. The Customer Relations Executive will handle client relations, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their needs, and maintaining a positive relationship with them.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Client Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the taxation or legal industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
