Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Customer Relations Executive to enhance customer engagement and support sales initiatives at our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automobile sector and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call customers to inform and invite them to dealership events.
  • Conduct events and activities at the dealership to engage customers.
  • Promote and sell insurance renewals and accessory package offers.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and event outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate (any discipline).
  • Experience: 1 2 years in the automobile sector, preferably in customer relations or sales support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage events effectively.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven.
