Job Description

You will be a vital part of our team as a Customer Relation Executive, responsible for interacting with clients, making follow-up calls, fixing appointments, and supporting basic sales activities. Training will be provided, making this role suitable for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the field. Your key responsibilities will include making outgoing calls to prospective and existing clients, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments for meetings or demos. You will also assist in explaining basic service offerings to clients over the phone, maintain call records and client details, and handle incoming inquiries with politeness and professionalism. Collaboration with the sales and operations team will be essential to support client onboarding, while also focusing on building and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and the work location will be in person.,
