Customer Relations Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Relations Executive to join our flagship branch in Gwalior (Sarafa Bazar).

This is a key role focused on managing client relationships and ensuring the highest standard of customer service that our brand is known for.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, feedback, and post-sales support.
• Manage and maintain the customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Nurture client relationships through systematic follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support data management and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education: Must be a Graduate.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer service or data management.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Age: Between 21 to 36 years.
