Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Client Relation Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with clients, making follow-up calls, fixing appointments, and supporting basic sales activities. Training will be provided, and freshers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outgoing calls to prospective and existing clients
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for meetings or demos
Assist in explaining basic service offerings to clients over the phone
Maintain call records, client details, and follow-up status
Handle incoming inquiries politely and professionally
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to support client onboarding
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
