Job Summary

The Customer Relation Manager will be responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience through proactive communication, timely support, and effective complaint resolution. The role involves close coordination with the service team to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and service-related concerns.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and updated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery.
• Prepare periodic reports on customer satisfaction and suggest improvement measures.
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Prior experience handling customer relations or CRM systems will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of empathy and customer orientation.
• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
