Job Description

A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining positive client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key duties include handling customer calls, providing product information, managing complaints, and using CRM software to track interactions and improve customer experience. A strong CRE also needs excellent communication and problem-solving skills to foster loyalty and meet performance goals. Key responsibilities

  • Customer communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to assist customers.
  • Customer support: Provide detailed information on products and services, and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of customers, acting as their key point of contact.
  • Issue resolution: Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, sometimes involving collaboration with other teams.
  • Data management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software and generate reports on customer satisfaction statistics.
  • Proactive engagement: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, drive loyalty, and proactively address potential issues.
  • Performance goals: Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, as well as active listening skills.
  • Problem-solving: Strong ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and negotiate effectively.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for customer data management.
  • Interpersonal skills: Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Organizational skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of tasks and priorities.
  • Product knowledge: A thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
