Duties and Responsibilities · Post-service follow-up with the customer. · Update customer feedback to the team & management, discuss in CLF meeting, escalate information related to customer dissatisfaction to dealer if not resolved at workshop · Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-service concerns.
