Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

· Post-service follow-up with the customer.

· Update customer feedback to the team & management, discuss in CLF meeting, escalate information related to customer dissatisfaction to dealer if not resolved at workshop

· Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-service concerns. Handle customer conflicts professionally

· Maintain accurate customer records, analyse reports & discuss with team

· Ensure that dissatisfied customers are attended to their entire satisfaction at workshop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
