Key Objective of the Job: A CSE who effectively manage DSE interactions, channel partners and the open market. BDMs responsibilities also include to collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations & credit teams to ensure efficient loan application processing. Key Deliverables: Lead Generation Generate leads for UCV deals through interactions with DSE or through channel partners/open market. Customer Relationship Management End to end customer relationship management including explaining product offerings and resolving sales queries. Cross-selling product offerings to customers. Educates customers with information to build their understanding of issues and capabilities. Goes beyond their day-to-day work to assist customers in a positive manner. Dealer Relationship Management Maintaining relationship with assigned dealer. Deal Processing Collecting all pre-sanction and post sanction documents and performing accurate data entries (RSPM, SAGE etc) Internal Stakeholder Management Interact with operations and credit team in order to ensure smooth processing of loan application. Education Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate in any stream. Commerce Graduate preferred. Title : Team Lead Location : Gurgaon Essential Functions Job Description Account Identification & Acquisition: Market mapping and Identification of potential retail stores for time bound Acquisition, induction and onboarding of new accounts (I.H.S stores) in the assigned territory. Account Management: Managing and driving the growth of the Channel partners/stores business with Amazon. Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the stores and Amazon. Field Visits: Visiting targeted number of stores on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Key Responsibilities As the Statutory & Regulatory Professional , your responsibilities will include: Statutory Compliance & Approvals Ensure project design and execution comply with applicable laws, National Building Code (NBC), Bureau of Indian Standards, Factory Act, Corporation Rules and local norms. Review and verify various engineering designs, drawings, layouts and statutory & regulatory proposals for scrutiny and approvals with respective authorities Facilitate the preparation of site plans, online/offline applications, FSI calculations, firefighting layouts, and other required documents. Regulatory Coordination Ensure the implementation of approval processes for factories, environment, electrical, water, and more. Support & Guidance Advise on statutory application fees and documentation requirements. Ensure presence during statutory inspections by local authorities at key project stages. 3. Qualifications & Skills Required Qualifications Education : Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent fields. Experience : 10+ years of experience in statutory compliance for industrial/commercial projects. Key Skills Professional Skills: - knowledge of the Factories Act, National Building Code, and local development regulations. Familiarity with regulatory processes for MIDC, GIDC, MOEF, CPCB, CEI, and local municipal authorities. Expertise in preparing technical drawings, site plans, and documentation for statutory approvals.
