Understanding of CSP and MSP model customers & subscriptions. Have good knowledge on CMPs (Cloud Management Platforms)
Actively participate in the designing, developing, implementing, and administering process, Handson Experience in Incident and Service Request Handling Ability to understand and explain related technical issues and skills related to working and resolving problems in customer accounts. CSP Onboarding/Offboarding and Customer Account Management Provide ongoing support to the client on an as-needed basis. Responsible for service request/ incident management in 247 cloud operations Mailbox / ITSM ticketing tool management Responsible for handling On-Call duties Contribute to internal process improvement.
