What you'll drive:

? End-to-end webinar management scheduling, setup, coordination, quality checks, and post-session insights.

? Reviewing and polishing webinar presentations; creating flyers, event pages, and other promotional assets.

? Preparing release webinar decks, tutorials, Help Center articles, and other training content.

? Setting up and maintaining Sales demo data; configuring environments based on internal requirements.

? Testing and validating new product functionalities and refining demo environments with each release.

? Supporting onboarding and product training for new customers.

? Participating in UAT and assisting in internal training initiatives.

What we're looking for:

? 5+ years in Product Training or Customer Success.

? 2+ years engaging with US-based clients.

? Strong expertise in content creation, documentation, and webinar facilitation.

? Familiarity with AI tools.

? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

? Proficiency with MS Office and virtual training tools (Teams, WebEx, GoTo, Zoom).

? Highly organized, adaptable, and solution oriented.
