Customer Experience Specialist

You are being hired as a Customer Experience Specialist at Exxat, a US-headquartered leader in cloud-based Health Sciences education management. Your main responsibilities will include: - End-to-end webinar management: This involves scheduling, setup, coordination, quality checks, and post-session insights. - Reviewing and polishing webinar presentations; creating flyers, event pages, and other promotional assets. - Preparing release webinar decks, tutorials, Help Center articles, and other training content. - Setting up and maintaining Sales demo data; configuring environments based on internal requirements. - Testing and validating new product functionalities and refining demo environments with each release. - Supporting onboarding and product training for new customers. - Participating in UAT and assisting in internal training initiatives. To be considered for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in Product Training or Customer Success. - 2+ years of experience engaging with US-based clients. - Strong expertise in content creation, documentation, and webinar facilitation. - Familiarity with AI tools. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Proficiency with MS Office and virtual training tools (Teams, WebEx, GoTo, Zoom). - Highly organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
