Customer Experience & Sales Associate

What You’ll Own

WhatsApp, calls, emails, DMs, and live chat

sales and conversions

returns, exchanges, order issues

logistics and ops team

customer queries, feedback & sentiment

offline events, exhibitions, and pop-ups

feedback, service gaps, and customer insights

- Track and report KPIs: response time, resolution rate, NPS, cart conversions, etc.

Who You Are

customer-facing or inside sales

communicator (written + verbal)

takes initiative, solves problems

Shopify, WhatsApp tools, Freshdesk/Bik.ai,

follow-up and time management

Empathetic + results-driven

- Bonus if you’re a parent or deeply familiar with the parenting space 

- Fluency in Hindi & English is a must
