Customer Experience Partner - SCM

Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating
and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.Owns all SCM Operations activities under file management for thecustomers under purview.Key Activities include:All file management activities post booking.Documentation.System Updates.Operational finance.Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.Supporting Customer Service in customer query resolution and exceptionhandling.Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
