Role Overview

Customer Experience & Community Manager

You will play a key role in building customer relationships, driving engagement, and shaping our growing luxury lifestyle community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional experience to every customer.
  • Communicate with customers via email, chat, and social media — answering queries and nurturing relationships.
  • Organize and manage virtual and in-person community events and brand experiences.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products, services, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and personalized customer communication.
  • Support marketing and storytelling initiatives that reflect the brand’s luxury identity.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Communication, or Hospitality preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    Customer Service, Community Management, or E-commerce

    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about

    luxury lifestyle, premium brands,

    or

    cigar culture

    (a plus!).
  • Energetic, empathetic, and self-driven — thrives in a startup environment.
