Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Experience & Community Manager who will be the friendly face and voice of our brand — ensuring every customer feels valued and connected to The Slow Draw community. You will play a key role in building customer relationships, driving engagement, and shaping our growing luxury lifestyle community. Key Responsibilities Serve as the brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional experience to every customer. Communicate with customers via email, chat, and social media — answering queries and nurturing relationships. Organize and manage virtual and in-person community events and brand experiences. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products, services, and engagement strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and personalized customer communication. Support marketing and storytelling initiatives that reflect the brand’s luxury identity. Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Communication, or Hospitality preferred). 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Community Management, or E-commerce . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about luxury lifestyle, premium brands, or cigar culture (a plus!).
