Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing Liberty customers to drive

    policy renewal and retention

    .
  • Coordinate with channel partners to ensure smooth renewal closure when customers request direct visits.
  • Achieve and deliver on

    KPIs and performance targets

    set for the role.
  • Identify opportunities to

    upsell and cross-sell

    insurance products as part of contact centre campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Good customer service skills & captive contact centre experience would be preferred.

• Should be willing to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.

• Candidate should be able to converse in English, Hindi and Marathi or English Hindi + any regional language (Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, Gujrati, Malayalam, Telugu)
