Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing Liberty customers to drive
policy renewal and retention
.
Coordinate with channel partners to ensure smooth renewal closure when customers request direct visits.
Achieve and deliver on
KPIs and performance targets
set for the role.
Identify opportunities to
upsell and cross-sell
insurance products as part of contact centre campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Good customer service skills & captive contact centre experience would be preferred.

• Should be willing to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.

• Candidate should be able to converse in English, Hindi and Marathi or English Hindi + any regional language (Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, Gujrati, Malayalam, Telugu)
