Customer Experience and Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while reducing churn. 
• Schedule regular meetings and business reviews to discuss progress, performance metrics, and identify new opportunities. 
• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. 
• Preferred experience in Project Management tools like Asana, Trello, Notion or Jira. 
• Monitor and drive operations and ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards. 
• Prepare performance reports and highlight areas for improvement in service delivery. 
• Gather client feedback through regular reviews and advocate for their needs within the company. 
• Assist in executing on-ground marketing, branding, and service tasks. 
• Collaborate closely with leadership to refine processes and improve service offerings. 
• Continuously enhance skills by completing certifications in marketing and staying updated with industry trends. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills. 
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments. 
• Experience or Knowledge in Project management tools  
• Ability to monitor and report on performance metrics. 
• A proactive approach to identifying process improvements. 
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. 
• A background in marketing, branding, or customer success is preferred. 
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and market trends. 

CTC : 3 to 4.2LPA
