Customer Engagement

As an Associate Customer Engagement at our organization, you play a vital role as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibilities will involve assessing customer requirements, determining feasibility, and collaborating with the research team to deliver optimal solutions. You will be responsible for crafting timelines, ensuring timely delivery of outputs, and effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs. By engaging with customers through emails and Bot conversations, you will break down requirements into actionable tasks and provide customized outputs promptly using available data sources. Key Responsibilities: - Assess customer requirements and evaluate feasibility - Collaborate with the research team to deliver optimal solutions - Craft timelines and ensure timely delivery of outputs - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs - Engage with customers via emails and Bot conversations - Break down requirements into actionable tasks - Provide customized outputs promptly using available data sources - Access key category databases, report archives, and partner databases for relevant data - Engage customers on the platform through onboarding, training, and monitoring - Analyze customer activity to improve engagement and contribute to renewals, upselling, and cross-selling Qualifications Required: - MBA in Finance or PGDM with a consistent academic record of minimum 60% throughout - 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience This role offers the opportunity to work in shifts, including day shifts and UK shifts.
