Job Description

Opportunity Support & Solutioning: Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to create fit-for-purpose solutions that align with client needs and business goals. Lead complex / large / strategic opportunities with a hands-on approach to support RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, etc. to showcase the value proposition. Provide consultative support during the sales process, offering deep insights into solution value proposition, best practices, solution scalability, and RoI. Provide guidance and support to clients through complex decision-making processes, offering expertise on how to drive the most value from the proposed solutions. Strategy & Execution: Drive the pre-sales strategy in alignment with business objectives, working closely with the Global Head – Presales & Solution Consulting. Lead initiatives to continuously improve the Presales Centre of Excellence by bringing in best practices. Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to guide solution strategy and positioning. Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends. As a champion of all Beroe solutions. identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term transformation strategies for clients. Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate closely with the Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment on the proposed solution. Provide critical client feedback to Product, Research, and Content teams which could help in refining the product and content roadmap. Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing / farming / retention strategy. Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with Customer Success team to understand the dynamics of client engagements and create compelling case studies articulating the value delivered. For strategic accounts, articulate the ROI delivered by Beroe’s solutions through representative scenarios. Lead the creation of industry specific solution pitches to bring in more contextualization in the value proposition.
