The Associate Customer Engagement role at our organization is a crucial position as it serves as the primary point of contact for our customers. As an Associate Customer Engagement, you will be entrusted with 100% ownership of assessing customer requirements, evaluating feasibility, and collaborating with the research team to deliver optimal solutions. Your responsibilities will include crafting timelines, ensuring timely delivery of outputs, and effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs. By engaging with customers via emails and Bot conversations, you will be able to break down requirements into actionable tasks and provide customized outputs promptly using readily available data sources. As an Associate, you will have continuous access to key category databases, report archives, and partner databases such as D&B, Bloomberg, Zoominfo, and Contify to retrieve relevant data for addressing client queries. You will also receive training and exposure to a diverse range of spend categories across various industries. Furthermore, your role will involve engaging customers on the platform through activities like onboarding, training, and monitoring to enhance their overall experience. By analyzing customer activity, you will identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and contribute directly to renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within the LiVE.Ai platform. To qualify for this position, candidates should hold an MBA in Finance or PGDM with a consistent academic record of minimum 60% throughout. Additionally, applicants should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This role offers the opportunity to work in shifts, including day shifts and UK shifts.
