• Take accountability to ensure customer delight for every 1P Custome
• Create and enforce workflows to ensure service SLAs are met for both offline and online customer
• Create and design workflow for Self service options for customers to improve the experienc
• Work with City leads to ensure strict the partner is meeting the performance/expectations.
• Create and implement Customer Service Auto Bots to resolve complex problems in a structured way
• Monitor effectiveness of bots and self serve tools, understand customer feedback and take corrective action/iterations
• Interact closely within all sections of the company to figure out the customer experience improvement areas and execute seamlessly across geographies.
