Customer Coordinator

• Client Communication:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
• Explain duct cleaning services, pricing, and preparation requirements to clients.
• Confirm appointments, send reminders, and follow up post-service for feedback.
• Scheduling & Coordination:
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule site visits and cleaning jobs.
• Maintain and update the service calendar, ensuring optimal crew allocation.
• Track job progress and communicate delays or changes to clients.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare and share service reports, invoices, and feedback forms.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history in CRM or Excel trackers.
• Assist in preparing proposals and AMC renewal reminders.
• Issue Resolution:
• Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Support Functions:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
