Customer Communication Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers in a professional manner
  • Resolve queries and provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups using internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Adhere to company protocols and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation is

    mandatory

  • Minimum

    6 months of experience

    in a customer-facing or communication role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to adapt to rotational shifts (day only)

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Rotational day shifts only
  • Sunday fixed off
  • Salary: 24,000 CTC per month
