Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries in

    Bengali

    , ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Achieve individual performance targets (e.g., call resolution rate, customer satisfaction score).
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
  • Process Cases as per guidelines of the product
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and offer appropriate solutions
  • Should be proficient in Bengali (Read/Speak).
