Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries in
Bengali
, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and follow-ups.
Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Achieve individual performance targets (e.g., call resolution rate, customer satisfaction score).
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience

Process Cases as per guidelines of the product
Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and offer appropriate solutions
Should be proficient in Bengali (Read/Speak).
