Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Collection Executive, located in Bhopal. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls to customers for payment collections, managing overdue accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining accurate records of all communications, negotiating payment plans, and escalating issues when necessary. The Tele Collection Executive will work closely with the accounts and customer service teams to ensure timely collections and resolve any discrepancies. Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential Experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred Familiarity with payment collection processes and protocols Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications Attention to detail and excellent record-keeping abilities High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in related fields is an advantage......
