Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Customer Care Representative, located in Indore. The Inbound Customer Care Representative will handle customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and support. Daily tasks include addressing customer questions, resolving issues, providing product information, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The representative will work closely with the team to improve customer support processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
