Customer Care Manager

As a Customer Care Manager at our Apparels Manufacturing Unit, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all customer care operations in coordination with sales and production departments. Your role will involve handling client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management for both existing and new clients. Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments, you will ensure timely order processing and delivery while addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating customer records, feedback, and service logs using digital tools, collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, and preparing and presenting customer service reports, feedback summaries, and process improvements. To excel in this role, you must possess a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field along with 15 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or marketing roles. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic software is essential, as is strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language. Furthermore, you should exhibit excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced factory environment. Your confident and mature personality with leadership qualities will be instrumental in ensuring a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and service quality in all interactions.
