Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Call up guest and seek feedback Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls. Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' concerns, and offering timely resolutions. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in BPO/call center environment or related industries (customer care/hospitality). Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to work independantly. Strong problem-solving skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
