The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telesales or telecalling, be target-driven, and possess strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance. Take ownership of escalations and resolve issues promptly. Monitor and drive team performance to meet or exceed sales targets. Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
