Job Description:
We are hiring fluent English-speaking Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team for an international voice process. This role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
✔ Resolve customer queries related to products/services.✔ Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.✔ Meet performance metrics (call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction).✔ Adhere to company policies and communication guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Excellent English communication (verbal & written) – Mandatory.
✔ Freshers or experienced candidates welcome.✔ Basic computer knowledge & multitasking ability.✔ Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
