This role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for global clients. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers. ✔ Resolve customer queries related to products/services. ✔ Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. ✔ Meet performance metrics (call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction). ✔ Adhere to company policies and communication guidelines.
