📌 Position: Customer Support Executive – International Chat Process
📍 Location: Mohali🕒 Shifts : 6 Days- 9 hours -Rotational Timings-Night Shifts📚 Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate🗣️ Requirement : Excellent English communication> 💰 Salary:CTC: ₹28,000/month> In-hand:₹22,000 (First 2 months – training/probation)₹24,000 (From 3rd month onwards)> Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls
Manage CRM on system
Resolve queries effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction
Meet performance targets
