Job Title:Customer Success & International Telecalling Executive Company: Shree Kameshwari Edutech Pvt. Ltd. Location: Regus, M3M Urbana, Sector 67, Gurugram (On-site) Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance) About the CompanyShree Kameshwari is a knowledge and consulting organization working in the fields of Occult, Spiritual and Conscious Living Sciences — including Astrology, Vastu, Tantra, and Mindfulness programs — under the guidance of Acharya (Dr.) Keshav Dutt Sharma. We are building a new-age edutech and consulting ecosystem that blends ancient Indic wisdom with modern customer experience and learning design. Role OverviewThe Customer Success & Telecalling Executive will connect with domestic and international clients, schedule consultations, ensure smooth coordination between clients and mentors, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients. Handle international appointments across multiple time zones (India, UK, US, UAE). Share details about consultations, workshops, and learning programs. Manage customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and email. Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups before sessions. Maintain accurate records in CRM or Google Sheets. Collect post-session feedback and maintain client relationship continuity. Achieve weekly targets related to calls, appointments, and show-ups. Candidate Requirements1–4 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales. Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (spoken & written). Professional telephone etiquette and client handling skills. Comfort with international calling and time-zone management. Familiarity with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools. Organized, reliable, and able to work with daily targets. Preferred BackgroundExperience in edutech, wellness, astrology, Vastu, or consulting domains preferred. Ability to craft short follow-up messages and maintain polite, structured communication. Interest in spirituality, mindfulness, or holistic living (added advantage). Compensation & GrowthFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Performance Incentives: Based on appointment confirmations, conversions, and customer satisfaction Growth Path: Team Lead / CRM Manager (based on performance) Work Schedule6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday) 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, with flexibility for international appointment windows
