Customer Care Executive - Pharmacheutical Manufacturing

Will prefer a male candidate for the Customer Cre Executive. The person will be responsible for the following : Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term, positive relationships with key customers. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and ensure customers are satisfied with products and services, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies and programs to foster customer loyalty and prevent attrition. Data Analysis: Gather and analyze customer data, such as purchase history and feedback, to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure a consistent customer experience. CRM System Management: Oversee and optimize the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, managing user access, and creating reports and dashboards. Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve customer issues and complaints promptly. Co-ordination with the manufacturing plant for product availability and field sales officers and coordinate with the dispatches. Dispatch the products to the respective area. And share the details with customers and sales coordinators Co-ordination with courier services and logistics Co-ordination with all sales team for their attendance/ sales report, collate and share it with the senior team.
