Job Summary: The Customer Care Executive will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. This role involves handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on our products and services. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: · Client Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. · Issue Resolution: Identify, address, and resolve client issues and concerns effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. · Product Guidance: Provide information and assistance regarding our stock broking services, investment options, and account management. · Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. · Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure client satisfaction and address any further questions or issues. · Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. · Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all client interactions. · Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve client issues and contribute to team goals. Qualifications: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. · Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the financial services, banking or stock broking industry. · Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. o Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. o Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
